- The personal information provided by each of the subscribers as part of completing the registration form on the website, will be subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy as set forth in this document.
- I am aware that information provided and / or collected in accordance with these Terms of Use will be transferred to the Company voluntarily and with my consent and without any legal obligation to do so. - The Company will not disclose the Subscriber’s information to third parties except in any of the following: (A) if required to do so by judicial order or by law; (B) If receives an alert for legal proceedings against it and / or any dispute, lawsuit, claim, demand or legal proceedings, if any, between the Subscriber and the Company. Subscribers will have no claim or demand against the Company in connection with the delivery of such personal details and they hereby waive such demand or claim.
- Subscribers who object to the use of such information or who wish to remove themselves from the Company’s registered database will remove themselves by contacting the Company’s Customer Relations Centre at Rachell@IBI.co.il.
- Communication networks, computers, servers and websites are exposed to attacks and hacking attempts by various parties. The Company takes a number of security measures in order to maintain the privacy of information entered by the Subscribers, but the Subscribers must know that this cannot be fully guaranteed and there may be security breaches and infiltrations of information. The Company does not warrant that the services and information on the website and the servers that store the information will be completely immune from unauthorized access to the information stored therein.
